Organic5 Free Shipping Promotions for Purchases over RM200
A great deal not to be missed! Who doesn’t love free shipping? This only applies to all orders sent within Peninsular Malaysia in a single receipt. Better yet, we will pay RM5 for all orders to be sent to East Malaysia and Singapore with purchases over RM200 in a single receipt. However, we apologize that this free shipping promotions do not apply to orders bought solely on ACS items.
Shipping & Handling
For local pickup within Penang Island, kindly contact us at sales@organic5shop.com for arrangement. All orders are shipped within 2 business days via parcel express service. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for shipment to arrive. You can track your shipment the next day after you have placed your orders. The tracking number will be automatically sent to your email box.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Shipments
All shipments are shipped with tracking number issued by parcel express service and once delivery is confirmed by parcel express service, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of parcels or late shipment deliveries.
Discrepancies in Colours and/or Prints
The actual colours and/or prints of products seen on the computer may vary slightly due to their own characteristics of being organic or natural. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as all electronic systems has different colour coding.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable except on manufacturer’s defective items. Kindly inspect shipment upon delivery and notify us at sales@organic5shop.com no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment should you need to return or exchange defective items. The defective items must be returned to us within 7 days after receipt of your shipment. All returned items must be accompanied by original sales receipt issued by us and they must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached and with no alterations of any kind. If there are any damages or missing items, we are not held responsible if we are contacted more than 7 days and you will no longer be eligible for returns or compensation. The purchaser has to bear for all shipping charges.
Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with delivery confirmation and pack your return shipment properly such that it can be properly tracked and not damaged in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered, lost, stolen or damaged return shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of any items that do not meet the requirements above. No refund will be issued on defective items without a Return Acknowledgement Notice and the refund does not include all shipping charges.
Order Cancellations & Alterations
You may cancel or alter your order within 24 hours if it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, you will need to go through our regular Returns & Exchanges process stated above. Kindly contact us at sales@organic5shop.com with Order Number to cancel or alter your order.
Out of Stock
Unfortunately, we are unable to determine item you have ordered are in stock because there may be several other purchasers ordering the same item at the same time. In an event where an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, we can either choose to be fully refund for the item or you can exchange an alternative item(s) that has the same value or higher by paying for the difference.
